Ingredients
- 1 can (~15 oz) of low sodium chickpeas, rinsed
- ΒΌ cup of canned low sodium diced tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp of tahini
- 2 Tbsp of skim milk
- 1 Tbsp of garam masala
- 2 tsp of curry powder
- 2 tsp of cumin
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 2 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
Directions
- Place chickpeas, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, grated ginger, tahini, skim milk in food processer or blender.
- Blend together until the mixture is smooth.
- Add rest of spices to mixture.
- Blend until consistency is evenly smooth throughout batch.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables or whole grain crackers.
